AHHH I WENT OVER!! Stupid cookie! I need CONTROL!!
My 0 calorie noodles which I ordered on Saturday came today! They are so amazing. The texture is a little different but they still taste great.

I can not believe that I gave In to craps and sweets! Ewww I'm weak I NEED CONTROL!!
I was so pissed off!!

Weigh-in

I'm now down to 114ld, losig a pound a day :)
By day 14 I'll be 100ld my second goal, then hopefully I'll be 90 at the end of the diet! I promised myself to try and not lose more after that.

I'm really scared to mess up right now, iv had 250 calories and I AM STARVING i'm so hungry and craving everything (especially bread). I need to stay strong! few more hours to go...

Day 1/50 Abc diet

I'm starting the ABC diet today! And hopefully I'll be able to Finish it once and for all. Anyways I weighed myself this morning and my current weight is now 117.2 Iv gained so much weight!! But by the end of this diet I'm hoping to be 100ld.

Cant sleep...

It's now 1:37am and I'm still up trying to fall asleep! The reasons that I can't sleep are; A, because I can't stop thinking about how I let myself become so fat!my lowest weight was 103ld 2 months ago but now it seems like I might be more that 120ld!
B, I can't stop thinking that I might fail this again and carry on gaining weight and before I know it, I became those lazy obsess girls who sit on there asses the whole day and stuff there faces with pie.

AHHHHH!! I'm just soo scared of weighing and finding out that I fucked everything up again...like I always.
ANA WILL GUIDE ME TO THIN!!"

my first post

This is my fresh start again. my weight is now at its highest since the start of last year and its now time to do about it. I hope this blog will help me achieve this. my states right now are unknown but by tomorrow I will post them and it will mark my fresh start.
